HOME Korean Language Center Courses Programs
The KLP is offered through four regular sessions and two short-term sessions. Each session features four hours of classes per day, five days a week from Monday to Friday.
Regular Session
Regular Session is offered in four terms over the course of one year. Each term consists of ten weeks.

The Regular Korean Language Program is an integrated training program where all four language skills - speaking, listening, reading, and writing - are combined and taught via a team-teaching method where a group of two to three teachers teach one class. The goal of the program is to maximize the learning effects of students by improving their Korean language proficiency for smooth communication and expanding their understanding of Korean culture through Korean cultural experience classes. It is ideal for international students wanting to speak Korean fluently.

- Class hours include Korean cultural experience events and tuition includes Korean cultural experience events.
Culture classes such as Korean song class, Korean movie class, Samulnori (a folk music accompanied by Korean traditionalfour percussion instruments) class, Korean cooking class or Korean traditional craftwork class will be held every two week.
Field trips such as Korean historic site visit, folk village visit or ancient palace visit will be held every five week.
- Certificate of completion and Transcript will be issued after completing each session.
- Counseling service will be provided to the prospective undergraduate or graduate students.
Short-term Session
Short-term Session is offered in two terms over the course of a year, in Summer and in Winter. Each term consists of three weeks.

The Short-term Korean Language Program is an integrated training program where all four language skills - speaking, listening, reading, and writing - are combined. This program focuses on improving students' communication skills by implementing practical Korean language training. It is also designed to foster the understanding of Korean culture through on-site experiential and cultural exploration.
